Format of statements on unpaid services of “Rīgas satiksme” parking lots to change
Starting from July 1, users of “Rīgas satiksme” parking lots will receive statements that they have not paid for parking services, which will be in a new format. Please see the sample here.
The format of the statement is changed to speed up and facilitate the processing of data, as well as to create a united system. For this process, a smart device is used, in which the inspector will enter the necessary data and print out automatically the statement, which will become immediately available in the unified system.
We also inform that from this August information about post-payment statements will be also available to those registered on the Unified service application portal (“Vienotais pakalpojumu pieteikumu portāls”) of the “Rīgas satiksme” website at www.rigassatiksme.lv.
